Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Definition of requirements, proposal, design, construction, deployment, and operation of PC and server construction Project Management of PC and server construction and operation projects Customer management, personnel management, schedule management, cost management, man-hour management Word, Excel, Power Point document creation Incident response to PCs and servers Knowledge of Windows OS Active Directory Server Operation Project management including vendor control

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in building and operating Windows Server 2016 or later AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, CA, NPS, MDT/Sysprep, etc.
• Configuration management and software delivery tools
• Experience in creating construction and operation materials (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Communication skills (coordination with vendors and customers by email, phone, etc.)
• What is especially required of L3 Capable of solution support, DD (due diligence), migration, participation in customer discussions, technical troubleshooting support, technical review of projects, participation in partnership connects, professional support, support for project activities, capacity building, etc.

Preferred Skills
