• Lead SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Architecture for Japan Expansion Own end-to-end solution architecture across PP/QM, master data, MRP, and production instructions, embedding Japanese manufacturing requirements into a global template.
• Design Authority with Governance Ownership Define and govern integrated architectures across SAP and non-SAP systems, approving solution deviations and ensuring compliance with global and local standards.
• Strategic Leadership in Large-Scale Automotive Programs Partner with Japanese business stakeholders, global process owners, and IT leadership to drive full lifecycle rollouts from Blueprint through Go-Live.

Annual Salary: 12 million and above

Responsibilities:

• Lead Solution Discovery, Standard Conformity Workshop, Architecture Design for Japanese Expansion
• Act as design authority, approving solution deviations and ensuring compliance
• Define and manage integrated architectures for SAP and non-SAP systems
• Liaise with Japanese business stakeholders, global process owners, and IT leadership
• Lead roll-out programs across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cut-Over, and Go-Live stages
• Ensure compliance with Japanese business processes and statutory requirements

Qualifications

• Lead SAP S/4HANA deployment and global template enhancements for large-scale automotive manufacturing programs in Japan. Responsible for solution architecture, template governance, localization design, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Requires 15+ years of SAP experience, strong expertise in PP/QM, and familiarity with Japanese manufacturing standards.
• Lead deployment and global template enhancements for large-scale manufacturing programs in Japan
• Focus on solution architecture, template governance, localization design, and promoting build implementation
• Core Specialties
• End-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture
• Deep knowledge in Master Data, Material Requirements Planning, Production Instructions
• Experience integrating SAP PP-QM and third-party tools
• Strong architectural leadership across the core value stream

Industry Experience

• Essential: Large Manufacturing/Automotive
• Strengths: Discrete manufacturing, supply chain, production planning, quality, logistics, cost management
• Experience with Japanese manufacturing standards is a major strength

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-country deployment with a single S/4HANA global template.
• Work experience with Japan’s OEM and Tier 1 suppliers.
• SAP S/4HANA certification

Bilingual requirements: Native level Japanese, English preffered
