Job Description:

  • Responsible for operational support of the internal systems used by employees. You will be assigned to a department that supports employee work and services by facilitating system operations at Company, which is responsible for the operation of the various services offered by Company. As a candidate for a management position, this position will lead operational support for business management tools, authentication systems, development systems, etc., responding to inquiries from employees, monitoring system alerts, server monitoring, SRE work, etc. You will also be involved in organizational management such as proposing and implementing system operation design and business improvements for new business operations, and member training.

Job Responsibility:

  • We are looking for applicants who have practical experience in system operation and experience as a project manager (PM) or PMO in charge of task management, progress management, and coordination with stakeholders, as well as those who are enthusiastic about supporting and enhancing the value of the work of company as a "behind-the-scenes player."

Job Qualification:

System operation:

  • Help desk operations (user support, inquiry management, etc.)
  • Permission management (setting and reviewing access permissions, handling applications, etc.)
  • System monitoring (regular monitoring/alert monitoring, etc.)
  • Creation and maintenance of operation guides and manuals
  • Business design (progress management, issue management, coordination with stakeholders, etc.)
  • Vendor Management

Planning/improving system operation support:

  • System operation business design for new business
  • Planning, proposing and implementing improvement measures

Organization and business management:

  • Team management
  • Team member development
  • Planning and implementing measures in line with organizational goals

Language Profficiency: Native level Japanese (N) and business level English.
