Job Description:

• As the leader of the Digital Promotion Department (IT division), you will drive the planning of IT strategy, investment planning, implementation planning, budget management, and the establishment of IT governance and security frameworks.
• You will collaborate with executives (CTO, CEO, CSO), various departments, and our parent company, Astemo, to promote operational efficiency and innovation through IT.
• Report Line: Reports to CSO

Job responsibilities:

1.IT strategy planning / company-wide DX promotion

• Formulation and execution management of company-wide IT strategy and investment plans
• IT budget planning, management, and optimization
• Support for DX promotion in each department (digitalization of business processes, cloud utilization, AI introduction, etc.)
• Coordination and implementation of group IT initiatives with Astemo IT
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

2. IT project management / implementation promotion

• Support for planning IT projects in each department (CRM, HR, finance, development infrastructure, etc.)
• Promotion and management of IT projects

3. IT governance and security management

• Promotion of company-wide information security, personal information management, and internal controls
• Promotion of internal regulations and audit response

4. IT operations and support / helpdesk

• Management of IT support for all employees (operation and maintenance of PCs, tools, systems)
• IT asset management
• Training and guidance of IT staff

5.Main Tools Used

• Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, CoPilot, etc.), JIRA/Confluence, Salesforce, Cloud services (mainly AWS at present), General affairs, HR, accounting: Jobkan, Money Forward Cloud, etc. (ERP implementation under consideration)

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in IT strategy and investment planning (3+ years)
• Project management experience in IT projects (5+ years)
• Experience in IT system operations management (3+ years)
• Experience in implementing and operating cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Knowledge of network infrastructure
• Knowledge of IT governance and security
• Experience with IT audits and internal controls
• Cross-functional communication skills with executives and departments 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in establishing IT organizations in startups/new businesses
• Knowledge and experience in DevOps, AI utilization, and DX promotion
