Annual Salary: 8 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• With RPA as the core, you will be responsible for consulting and technical support for all phases of RPA implementation for major companies, from proposing business improvement and efficiency improvements to supporting implementation projects and improving customer satisfaction during the operation and maintenance phases.
• Business interviews (As-IS, To-BE business flow), requirements definition, design, development
• customer support, meeting material creation and facilitation
• learning the latest technologies, and sharing information with team members

Job Qualification:

• Experience in project assignment in business system development (2 years or more)  e.g. Financial systems (financial accounting, sales management, inventory management, banking/securities),back office systems (human resources management, attendance management), etc.
• Programming experience (experience developing using general programming languages, not just scripting)
• Problem-solving skills
• Native-level Japanese proficiency (Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1 or above)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience supporting RPA Implementation
• Experience in no-code/low-code development
• Experience with agile development
• Experience developing business systems such as ERP
• Familiarity with open systems and internet technology
