Annual Salary: 8 million and above

Job Description:

• Our Customer is seeking a seasoned SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strong functional expertise in SAP PP, deep understanding of Japan’s manufacturing culture, and the ability to drive organizational change management (OCM) effectively.

Job Qualifications:

• 7+ years of SAP PP functional experience including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in Discrete, Process, or Repetitive Manufacturing environments.
• Strong exposure to Japanese manufacturing industry practices.
• Strong cultural understanding and ability to work effectively with Japanese stakeholders.
• In-depth experience in Master Data, BOM, Routing, MRP, Production Orders, and Shop Floor Control.
• Exposure to S4HANA Manufacturing preferred.
• Experience managing change enablement (OCM) and stakeholder alignment.
• Willing to travel to Client's place at Osaka, Shiga or Okayama.
• Basic knowledge of SAP FMS (Fashion Management Solution) or AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution) preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multicultural teams.
• Japanese language skills (business level) preferred; English fluency required.
• S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Cross-functional understanding of logistics modules.
• Experience with global template rollout projects.

Language Proficiency : Business level Japanese (N2) and Business level English
