SAP Project Coordinator

Job Description

• Key coordination role in a global SAP project Act as a bridge between customers, vendors, and offshore teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

• Contribute to financial process improvement using SAP knowledge Apply your understanding of SAP FICO/FSCM modules to help redesign and streamline financial workflows for enterprise clients.

Annual salary : 12 Million and above

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the discussions between customer, other vendors and offshore team inorder to develop common understanding of the project plans and work progress
• Collect offshore team responses and respond to customer appropriately in the Native language
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations requested by customer and offshore team member
• Organize and facilitate meetings with customer, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
• Translate documents, emails, and meeting notes as needed.
• Provide adequate visibility and support to Project Manager inorder to achieve planned milestones and deadlines
• Provide adequate support to customer and offshore team members to complete the deliverables with quality

Job Qualification:

• Working Knowledge of S4 HANA/ SAP FICO/FSCM modules or similar ERP applications
• IT application work experience of 7 to 8 years
• Have good understanding about IT system
• Good command of English
• Capability of interacting with team/customer proactively
• Support to redesign financial processes to make the process more efficient

Preferred Qualification

• Implementation related work Experience in SAP FICO,FSCM modules in Travel related Industry like Airlines or Travel Agency  is preferred
• Analyze and prepare documents/details regarding the customer requirements for the SAP FICO/FSCM modules and explain same to the Offshore team

Japanese languages : Native japanese Level (JLPT N) and business level english
