Job Description

This position involves analog circuit design in cutting-edge automotive semiconductor development. In the automotive field, where safety and reliability are paramount, you will be involved in all stages from circuit design to verification and layout.

Job Responsibilities

• Analog circuit design at the transistor level
• Circuit verification and optimization using simulators such as SPICE
• Post-layout validation and optimization
• Characterization and bug analysis of silicon chips
• Work on circuits under development (ADC/DAC, PLL, LDO/BGR, DC-DC converter, etc.)

Required Qualifications

• Practical experience in analog circuit design (5 years or more)
• Experience in analog circuit layout
• Characterization of silicon chips
• Experience in silicon bug analysis and improvement
• Basic PC skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience in the semiconductor industry
• Development experience in the automotive field
• Interest in improving development efficiency using AI
• Overseas study and work experience

Language Required: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Conversational level English
