Business Consultant Product Owner or Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Bilingual Product Owner will be responsible for defining the product vision (based on market research), gathering requirements from stakeholders, and ensuring the development team delivers high-value features aligned with business goals.
• They will manage and prioritize the product backlog, write clear user stories, and provide acceptance criteria to guide development.
• The Product Owner will work closely with developers, testers, UX designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and provide timely clarifications during sprints.
• Person will participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• The Product Owner will evaluate product performance, gather user feedback, and refine the roadmap using data-driven insights.
• He/She will communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure quality, usability, and compliance standards are met.
• Acting as the voice of the customer, the Product Owner will drive clear direction and support the team in delivering successful product outcomes. 

Languages Required: Native level Japanese and Business level English.
