AD or ADAS Technical Project Manager

Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Lead Next-Generation ADAS Projects – Manage end-to-end ADAS and embedded ECU development projects, driving delivery for advanced automotive technologies.
• Work with Global Automotive Leaders – Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams in a customer-facing, international environment.
• Drive Quality & Innovation – Lead projects aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and modern automotive development practices while contributing to cutting-edge mobility solutions.

Annual Salary : 10 million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage ADAS project lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery, risk management)
• Align with OEMs, Tier-1s, and engineering teams on scope and timelines
• Oversee system integration, SoC/MPU-based ECU development
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and quality standards
• Drive requirements management, technical reviews, and stakeholder communication 

Job Qualifications:

• 8+ years in automotive engineering; 3+ years in project management
• Strong experience in AD/ADAS ECU or embedded system development
• Knowledge of V-model, ASPICE, and functional safety (ISO 26262)
• Proven stakeholder management and customer-facing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to AI-driven ADAS or data platforms
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• PMP/Agile certification

Languages : Business level Japanese and Business level English.
