Job Responsibilities:

• Deploy and manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs in Microsoft Azure production environments at enterprise scale across multiple regions and user personas
• Configure and manage W365 provisioning policies, including persona-based profiles for Frontline, Knowledge, and Power Users
• Configure and manage Azure Network Connections (ANC) and Microsoft-Hosted Network settings to ensure optimal Cloud PC connectivity and performance
• Administer the Microsoft Intune environment — including device enrolment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Autopilot for Cloud PC onboarding
• Create, manage, and maintain Intune compliance policies and configuration policies
• Manage application deployment to Cloud PCs via Microsoft Intune — including Win32 packaging, MSIX delivery, and LOB application deployment
• Own end-to-end Cloud PC image management — building, maintaining, and version-controlling golden images with efficient update and reprovisioning cycles
• Apply security hardening of Windows 365 Cloud PC infrastructure in accordance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
• Configure and manage Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Diagnostics settings for proactive Cloud PC environment health monitoring
• Troubleshoot Windows 365 Cloud PCs and applications in multi-domain enterprise environments, resolving complex provisioning, connectivity, and application issues
• Conduct benchmarking and user density testing to validate that Cloud PC configurations meet performance expectations and scalability requirements for planned deployment waves

Job Qualification:

• 12+ years of enterprise VDI and end user computing experience across platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Microsoft RDS
• 4+ years of dedicated hands-on Windows 365 Cloud PC experience in Microsoft Azure production environments at scale (1,000+ users)
• Proven experience deploying and managing Windows 365 Cloud PC — covering provisioning policies, ANC configuration, image management, and wave-based rollouts
• Strong Microsoft Intune expertise — compliance policies, configuration profiles, Win32 / MSIX application deployment, and Autopilot
• Experience configuring and managing Azure Network Connections for W365 Cloud PC, including ANC health validation and network readiness assessment
• Solid understanding of Azure IaaS, Azure VNETs, NSGs, and firewall configuration as they relate to Cloud PC network topology
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Diagnostics settings for Windows 365 environment monitoring and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of Windows 365 security defaults — VBS, HVCI, Credential Guard, and Conditional Access policy integration
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (ARM Templates, Bicep) for Cloud PC provisioning automation and operational tasks
• Experience migrating and maintaining VDI workloads to Windows 365 Cloud PC in Azure production environments
• Good understanding of ITIL process frameworks and enterprise ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow
