P1 Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Annaul Salary: 11 Million yen and Above

Job Responsibilities:

• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full scope of project management , from operational and functional execution to team management, budget, and scope control . (Quality, Cost, and Time)
• Manage resources and lead, evaluate, and develop team members
• Communicate with clients, including progress reporting, technical discussions, and issue resolution
• Manage project budgets, scope, and changes
• Prepare and coordinate with relevant committees and investment

Job Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in embedded systems development (any product) or smartphone-related system development

Requirements for Project Manager (PM):

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications for PM:

• Project management experience in automotive telematics product development
• Knowledge or experience in management and finance
• Experience in the automotive industry

Requirements for Senior Project Manager (Senior PM):

• Background in the automotive industry
• Extensive knowledge of telematics-related products

Preferred Qualifications for Senior PM:

• Experience working for a Tier 1 automotive supplier or a Client competitor is preferred
• Automotive-related experience is ideal, but experience in other categories will also be considered

Language proficiency: Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business Level english.
