Job Description

Position Name: Tower Lead (Microsoft 365,Exchange)

Description:

• In the MS cloud infrastructure team of the megabank system department, we will introduce and operate MS products as a common infrastructure communication tool within the bank as a prime vendor.
• You will be asked to lead the way.

The work of the MS cloud platform team is as follows

• Introduce MS cloud services (M365: Teams, Exchange Sharepoint, Lync, Office, etc.) as a common platform in the customer environment to support smooth communication within the customer.

In the MS cloud-related project within the customer, we will cooperate with the PM to implement the following measures.

• Adjustment of installation schedule/estimation of man-hours
• Customer basic study support (concept design document creation, project plan creation support)
• Basic design, detailed design, test/operation/migration plan and design
• Creation of technical documents
• Installation
• Test implementation, user test support
• migration work
• handover to operation team.

Responsibilities:

• The core of infrastructure construction and operation in the team responsible for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Lync, Office) and on-premises Exchange Server, which is the core of megabank's internal infrastructure and communication tools.
• In a situation where you are becoming a vendor that is responsible for the management of MS-related products, you will use your knowledge and experience of MS-related products to act as a counter for the customer's department, propose and implement various MS-related projects, and manage the project team.
• This project is not only about the operation and management of Microsoft 365, but also the planning and operation of the service infrastructure that supports it for multiple customers. Therefore, it is possible to aim for a career path such as solution architect, project manager, delivery manager, etc.

Qualifications:

• System construction, operation or maintenance experience (sub-leader or higher)
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft cloud products and services (especially knowledge and experience with Exchange)
• Basic knowledge about system design, installation, testing, migration, and operation
• Schedule management skills …Cooperate with PM
• Team management ability (planning, progress, member control) …Cooperate with PM
• Communicate with stakeholders (customers, other companies, user departments
• [English proficiency] Basically, there are no opportunities to use English, but the ability to read technical documents written in English is  necessary.
