Job Description

Appealing Points:

Annual Salary : 10 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end application migration initiatives (preferably in carve-out or separation projects)
  • Manage interdependencies across systems, teams, and business units
  • Drive test planning, execution, and validation to ensure smooth migration
  • Act as a liaison between multiple teams including business, infrastructure, and development
  • Ensure timely delivery while mitigating risks and resolving blockers proactively

Job Qualifications

  • Strong English and Japanese cross collaboration experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in application migration projects
  • Proven ability to handle complex dependencies and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience in test strategy and execution planning
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
  • Exposure to SAP environments would be preferred

Languages : Fluent level of Japanese (N1) and Fluent English skills
