Job Description
Appealing Points:
- Work on cross-functional global projects spanning SAP, HR, finance, and logistics domains
- Act as a key bridge between Japan and global teams, enabling impactful communication and decision-making
- Gain hands-on experience in enterprise architecture support, including documentation, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination
Annual Salary : 10 million yen and above
Job Responsibilities:
- Functional domain experience or exposure to HR, Finance, Logistics and/or Procurement - would want to make sure they can understand the problem statements and communicate back to our architects effectively
- Experience with global projects or working between Japan and other regions (this is a nice to have, but to the original point I want to make sure they comfortable with technical translation and understanding)
- Any SAP project experience
Job Qualifications
- should know about Electronic Data flows and experience of some procurement tools (implementation OR migration)
- Support the facilitation of IT meetings conducted in Japanese
- Provide interpretation/translation support for English-speaking enterprise architects
- Supporting the documentation requirements, risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Support cross-functional streams including SAP, logistics, finance, HR, and corporate functions
- Clarify local business context, stakeholder intent, and decision drivers
- Coordinate follow-up actions and communication between Japan teams and global teams
Languages : Fluent level of Japanese (N1) and Fluent English skills
