Job Description

• Lead Delivery for AI, Data & Cloud Modernization Programs Manage complex technical projects across AI/ML, data platforms, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• End-to-End Project Governance & Risk Management Oversee planning, dependency tracking, budgeting, vendor management, and compliance within Agile/SAFe frameworks.
• Executive-Level Stakeholder & Communication Leadership Align engineering, data, and business teams while driving proactive risk escalation, decision-making, and delivery accountability.

Annual Salary: 8 million yen and above

Job Qualification:

• Expected Experience:
  • Typically four (4) to eight (8) years of experience in technical project or delivery management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Delivery planning, dependency and risk management, coordination of cross-functional teams, and tracking of delivery milestones.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC for AI, data, and platform projects
  • Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing AI/ML, data platform, or cloud modernization programs
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment management (Dev/Test/Prod)
  • Risk management, dependency tracking, and milestone planning
  • Budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit, and governance requirements (GDPR, SOC2, ISO)
• Technical Knowledge Areas:
  • Software development life cycle (SDLC), agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, release planning, and delivery reporting.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational capability, stakeholder management, clear written and verbal communication, and delivery accountability.

Language Requirements:
