Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Key role in enterprise IT Asset Management governance Own and enhance IT asset management processes and standards, acting as the custodian of hardware CIs within the IT AMDB.
• Data integrity and root-cause driven operations Monitor change and IMAC activities, perform RCA on data issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure accurate and reliable asset data.
• Exposure to highly secure environments Work closely with security teams to manually collect hardware deployment data in highly secured or militarized zones where agents cannot be deployed.

Annual salary: 8 million and above

Job Qualification:

• Experience Required: 7–10 years
• Evaluate existing asset management systems and the design, implementation and management of new/improved systems for efficiency and effectiveness
• Define scope of the asset management processes, function, the items that are to be controlled, and the information that is to be recorded
• Ensure asset management standards and procedures are being followed
• Ensure assets are uniquely identified with naming conventions; ensure compliance with identification standards for object types, environments, processes, life-cycles, documentation, versions, formats, baselines, releases, and templates
• Propose interfaces with change management, problem management, network management, release management, finance, and administration functions
• Provides report, including management reports
• Liaising with the security teams to manually collect Hardware deployment data w.r.t the highly secured zones, militarized zones on which agent deployment is not possible
• Monitors Change Management & IMAC activity to identify when changes within the environment impact the IT AMDB.
• Performs root cause analysis for various types of data issues.
• Identifies potential remedies for data issues.
• The custodian and guardian of all master copies of hardware CIs logged within the IT AMDB
• Liaising with the security teams to manually collect Hardware deployment data the highly secured zones, militarized zones on which agent deployment is not possible

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English
