Anuual Salary: 15 milliyen and above

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Regularly communicate with clients and manage their feedback.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software developers and senior managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Service Level Management: Define and monitor service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring performance meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery quality and efficiency.
• Pre-Sales Involvement: Participate in pre-sales activities, introducing project management methodologies to prospective clients.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including offshore project managers, to ensure effective project delivery.
• Geo Leadership: Provide strategic leadership for the practice within the region, aligning regional goals with the overall company vision and objectives.
• Market Expansion: Drive market expansion initiatives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region.
• Innovation & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to foster innovation and promote growth within the practice, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry developments.
• Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate resources to maximize efficiency and deliver high-quality services to clients.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of projects and initiatives within the region.

IOT Delivery Lead Tokyo Job Qualification:

• Experience with IOT and manufacturing domain
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in software development and project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management tools (e.g., MS Teams, Jira, Confluence.
• Languages: Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
• Personal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Japanese Languages: Fluent in japanese (JLPT N1) Business english required
