Job Description

• Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing for Oracle Cloud Manufacturing module
• Facilitate client meetings and workshops to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Manage project progress, issues, and risks based on the project plan
• Develop and adjust production team plans in alignment with project strategy and direction
• Supervise and mentor team members, review deliverables
• Coordinate with other modules (Inventory, Procurement, Planning, etc.)
• Support migration and go-live activities

Job Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP (specially Manufacturing module)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and processes
• Proven experience in client engagement and workshop facilitation
• Team leadership experience (as a sub-leader or higher)
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese (English proficiency is a plus)
• Experience in planning and execution based on project strategy
• Demonstrates proactive leadership and problem-solving skills
• Builds trust and strong relationships with both clients and team members
• Flexible, responsible, and committed to quality and deadlines

Japanese languages: Native-level Japanese and business-level English required..
