Job Description

  • Play a critical role in enhancing IT resilience by driving root-cause analysis, contingency planning, and preventative measures for system failures.
  • Utilize your combined experience in IT development and IT risk management/audit to contribute to strategic planning and implementation at an organizational level.
  • Act as a key facilitator between management, business units, and IT teams, enabling smooth recovery processes and impactful communication during system incidents.

Annual Salary: 8 Million and Above

Job Description:

  • Strengthening response capabilities to system failures (establishing contingency plans and strengthening their effectiveness, analyzing the root causes of failures, and formulating preventative measures)
  • Planning, drafting, and promoting measures to strengthen the operational resilience of the systems department
  • Supporting recovery in the event of a system failure (smooth information sharing between management and business departments and the systems department, and back-office support such as creating internal and external reports)

Job Qualification:

  • Experience in systems development and IT risk management/audit work: 3 years or more in total (years of experience in each field is not required. However, experience in both fields is required)
  • Ability to grasp the root cause of problems, a bird's-eye view, logical thinking and explanation skills
  • Experience in strategic planning, proposal and promotion in the systems department
  • IT Passport, Fundamental Information Processing Engineer

Japanese Language Skills: Native level Japanese and English not required
