Automation Test Engineer

Job Description

Job Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in manual testing for enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Proven experience in creating, executing, and maintaining detailed manual test cases.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with development teams.

• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA and TestRail.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Language Requirements:

• Native-level or JLPT N2-level Japanese communication skills (spoken and written) — mandatory.

• Bilingual (Japanese & English) communication skills — nice to have.
