Annual Salary :7 Million yen and above

Responsibilities

• You can develop your expertise in Banking Capital Markets, an area where we have a particularly high presence and where you can utilize your strengths.
• You can work dynamically both domestically and internationally by collaborating with offshore teams.
• If you are confident in your English skills, you can actively gain business experience in English as a bilingual talent.
• You can build a career as a financial consultant or a core banking SME.
• Depending on your wishes, we will also entrust you with management, so you can pursue a career as a playing manager.

Qualifications:

• Project experience (3 years or more) in the core banking field with specific functions (loan, deposit, trade finance, payment, etc.) on the operations or system side
• Communication skills to promote projects while coordinating and negotiating with domestic and overseas parties
• Work experience using English (not necessary to be fluent, but able to speak as well as read and write)
• A reliable and serious person
• Able to value correct Japanese expression (in accordance with the business practices of the industry)
• Able to act proactively and autonomously
• Able to have a deep understanding of our company's seven core values
• ​​Able to be familiar with Japanese business practices and how to work smoothly with Japanese people rather than the language itself

Preferred

• Experience in financial system-related projects
• Experience in package system implementation (core banking, payment, etc.)
• Experience in BPR for on-site administration
• Experience/knowledge of banking
• Experience in agile development
• Experience in PMO in system development

Japanese Languages: Business level Japanese(N2) and business level English required
