Annual Salary: 6 Million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Perform thorough manual testing to detect bugs and ensure product quality.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on software behavior.
• Document test results clearly and log defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to discussions on testability and quality.
• Support testing strategy improvements and promote best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior testers in manual testing techniques.
• Keep updated with new trends and tools in the software testing industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in software testing, with strong focus on manual testing.
• Proficient in writing test plans, test cases, and detailed defect reports.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Japanese language proficiency (N2 or N3 level) is mandatory.
• ISTQB or similar certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to automation tools and testing frameworks.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing concepts.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (N2 and above) and Business level English
