Job Description

You will be involved in DX-related system development projects worth several hundred million yen, handling requirements definition, design and development. The work covers organizing business and system requirements, designing and building, development and testing, and operation and maintenance, including the planning and implementation of enhancements. The team combines advanced cloud-related technology with business-focused consulting to provide one-stop support for all processes. This guides clients to solve their challenges without leaving them waiting. The team continuously keeps up with and validates cutting-edge technologies, and consolidates, applies and operates best practices so that all employees can use them as tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize business and system requirements; design and build; develop and test; operate and maintain; and plan and implement enhancements.
• Project example: IoT data infrastructure construction
  • Build infrastructure and applications to collect and utilize data from in-vehicle devices.
  • Implement agile development in collaboration with global teams.
• Project example: Global e-commerce site construction
  • Construct, operate and maintain EC site peripheral systems, cataloging over 15 million diverse products.
  • Optimize global expansion and overseas service delivery through multilingual support, adopting AWS to achieve flexible and speedy site management.
• Project example: LMS planning, consideration and development
  • Provide end-to-end support from planning and consideration of the LMS renewal to development for trainees.
  • Propose the use of generative AI to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Over 3 years of system development experience (mainly Java).
• Logical thinking and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud-native development projects.
• Various cloud-related certifications.
• Experience in scratch development.
• Experience in agile development.
• Experience in DevOps development.
• Interest not only in technology but also in the consulting phase.

Language Required: Native level Japanese and Business level English
