Responsibilities

• Architect and implement cloud-native infrastructure for telecom systems.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure using OCI and container technologies.
• Ensure compliance with performance, cost, and regulatory standards.
• Work with customer and partner teams to align infrastructure with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support end-to-end delivery.
• Prepare documentation and lead review sessions for infrastructure sign-off.
• Implement monitoring and alerting tools for observability.
• Design and validate disaster recovery solutions.
• Deliver SOPs and runbooks to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure and architecture roles, including 3+ years in cloud-native environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and container-based architecture.
• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux administration.
• Familiar with DevOps practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Skilled in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
• Capable of producing SOPs and operational documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom domain, especially BSS/OSS systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle BRM, PDC, and ECE.
• Knowledge of tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Git.
• Oracle infrastructure or cloud certifications.
• Experience with OCI or other public cloud platforms

Bilingual requirements: Native, Japanese & English language business level proficiency.
