Job Description

• Analyze and define business and system requirements
• Design, build, develop, and test software solutions
• Plan and implement system enhancements and operational support
• Collaborate with global and domestic teams in agile development environments

Example Projects:

• IoT Data Platform: Build systems to collect and utilize data from in-vehicle devices
• Global E-Commerce Platform: Develop and maintain multilingual EC systems using AWS
• LMS Development: Plan and build new Learning Management Systems with Generative AI integration

Job Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience in system/software development (mainly Java)
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills
• Native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud-native or DevOps projects
• Knowledge or certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with agile or from-scratch (scratch) development
• Interest in consulting and upstream processes

Language Requirements: Fluent level Japanese (N1) & Business English conversation skill.
