Job Description:
- COMPANY Digital’s Salesforce Solutions Architects are responsible for providing architecture strategy and design for COMPANY Digital clients with a focus on Salesforce and its related integrations / technologies. Salesforce Solutions Architects are also expected to help COMPANY Digital build specialist capabilities in relevant Salesforce fields such as CPQ, B2B and AI etc.
- The role encompasses a minimum of 80% billable utilization with any remaining time focussed on pre-sales, internal objectives and input into the provision of high quality and profitable service offerings to COMPANY Digital clients. Some identification and qualification of opportunities within existing accounts will be expected in this position. On a project basis, the role requires some hands-on technical involvement in addition to project leadership and client relationship management. As senior members of the team, Architects are also expected to share knowledge via mentoring and coaching for more junior consultants.
Job Responsibility:
- Deliver solution designs for clients that meet COMPANY Digital’s high standards of quality, timeliness and profitability
- Input into requirements and creation of specifications and architectural artefacts
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the client base.
- Hands-on delivery within projects as required (development / configuration)
- Project estimates and scoping
- Contribute to building out COMPANY Digital’s IP and knowledge base
- Work actively with COMPANY Digital to shape the tools, artefacts and capability of a successful practice and market offering.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities as required, working closely with the COMPANY Digital business development team.
- Build strong, trusted relationships within the COMPANY Digital client-base
- Keep abreast of market trends and assist COMPANY Digital in remaining at the forefront of the market
Job Qualification:
- 3+ years hands-on architecture experience
- 10+ years of commercial experience
- Experience architecting and delivering solutions to both large and small organisations with a particular emphasis on complex, enterprise level environments
- All Salesforce Consultants and Architects are expected to hold and maintain a current Salesforce Administration certification in addition to any other certifications relevant to their role (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud & App Builder in particular for Architects)
- Demonstrated experience in consulting; stakeholder management and project delivery
- An understanding of CRM systems (with specific Salesforce experience of benefit)
- An understanding of Agile frameworks and change management practices
- Prior experience with Salesforce technologies
- Experience across a range of industries is of benefit
- The ability to make recommendations based on a deep understanding of clients’ technology landscapes
- Excellent documentation skills
