Job Description

Job Description:

  • Post-Implementation Support
    • Identify and isolate issues reported by end-users or partners
    • Participate in progress meetings and provide timely updates to clients
    • Reproduce and analyze issues in the client’s lab environment
    • Collaborate with global engineering teams to propose workarounds and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
    • Recommend design or operational changes based on RCA findings
  • Design & Documentation Support
    • Prepare and present RCA reports
    • Create and update technical documents such as design specifications and operational manuals
    • Support testing and user manual creation for EPC, 5G NSA, and orchestration platform mobility products

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience providing services directly to customers
  • In-depth technical expertise in 4G LTE and 5G NSA mobility technologies
  • Strong communication skills for managing critical issues with customers and partners, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively with global engineering teams
  • Willingness to provide on-site support when needed
  • Fluent in Japanese (Japanese nationality or local candidates only)

Technical Skills Required

  • Deep knowledge of LTE 4G EPC architecture and operations
  • Hands-on experience with virtual EPC solutions and their deployment models
  • Understanding of 5G NSA (Non-Standalone) and 5G SA (Standalone) network architectures
  • Familiarity with testing procedures for mobility products and related platforms
  • Capability in designing, troubleshooting, and supporting mobile network components in both lab and production environments
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience

Japanese languages:  Native level Japanese (N) and business level English required.
