Job Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in consulting on the implementation of human resources systems (especially in the payroll area)
  • Project delivery/management experience in human resources and payroll system implementation projects·
  • Experience in operation, maintenance, management and proposal activities for HR and payroll systems
  • Experience implementing HR ERP products in global projects
  • People with business knowledge
    • Business process knowledge in multiple areas including human resources, payroll (salary, compensation, benefits, labor, and social insurance), attendance, and talent management
  • Other people with knowledge and experience related to management work
    • Experience in launching new businesses, marketing, and business development 
    • Experience in training members/staff
  • Senior Consultant
    • 3-5 years or more of experience in consulting on the implementation of human resources systems (especially in the payroll area)
    • Experience in the full cycle from requirements definition to post-launch support
    • Ability to proactively plan and carry out work in the areas of human resources, attendance, payroll, or talent management.
    • Experience leading and managing a team of two or more people.
    • Those who can give fact-based presentations
  • Consultant/Business Analyst
    • 2-3 years of experience in implementing and consulting on human resources systems (especially in the payroll area) or maintenance
    • Experience in overview design, detailed design, configuration and parameter settings, program development, and testing
    • Experience in human resources, attendance, payroll, or talent management

Language Requirements: Native-level Japanese with Business-level English
