Qualifications:

• Those with 2 years or more of experience in system development as an IT engineer ·
• Those with development skills in the Java language
• Development skills in languages other than Java, such as C#, Delphi, COBOL, etc. ·
• Practical experience from detailed design to integration testing process
• Experience as a team leader or sub-leader
• Experience with government and local government systems
