Position Name: Cloud Support Engineer

Description:

You will provide technical support for Microsoft 365.
In addition to responding to various enquiries from contractors, troubleshooting and operating tasks on their behalf, you will also provide new information on constantly evolving and changing cloud products, propose improvements and provide support for in-house production.

• Microsoft Cloud App Security Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Qualifications:

• Experience in designing, building and operating Windows OS or Active Directory in one of the processes.
• Experience in one or more of the recommended requirements
• Experience in the design, implementation and operation of the following
  　　- EMS (Intune, AAD, AIP etc.)
  　　- Windows 10　
  　　- MECM (SCCM)
  　　- Azure (IaaS)
  　　- Non-Microsoft MDM products
  　　- Microsoft-related security products (e.g. Defender)
  Experience in developing Windows scripts (bat/vbs/ps1)
  Experience in helpdesk or technical support for Microsoft related products.
