Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for network fraud for business teams and external stakeholders.
  • Work with other teams inside RMI to support investigations of fraud related to network usage.
  • Maintain a good understanding of local regulations and practices related to network fraud, and ensure relevant changes are highlighted.
  • Support customer communication related to network fraud and countermeasures.
  • Report KPIs related to network fraud, and maintain process, documentation, automation related to KPIs. 

Qualification:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Analytical skills to extract meaningful information from large volumes of data.
  • Computer skills including MS Office and use of analytical software.
  • Willingness to learn about new technology, processes, and customer behavior.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.

Welcome Requirements

  • Telecommunications or e-commerce domain knowledge.
  • Understanding of common fraud patterns.
  • Experience as a fraud analyst.

Language Skills: Conversational level Japanese (JLPT N3) and Business level English
