Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for network fraud for business teams and external stakeholders.
- Work with other teams inside RMI to support investigations of fraud related to network usage.
- Maintain a good understanding of local regulations and practices related to network fraud, and ensure relevant changes are highlighted.
- Support customer communication related to network fraud and countermeasures.
- Report KPIs related to network fraud, and maintain process, documentation, automation related to KPIs.
Qualification:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Analytical skills to extract meaningful information from large volumes of data.
- Computer skills including MS Office and use of analytical software.
- Willingness to learn about new technology, processes, and customer behavior.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
