Job Description

Position Name: Business Analyst Tokyo Job

Annual salary : 11 Million yen and above

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, and project teams to elicit and document business requirements. Ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy of gathered information.
  • Solution Development: Assist in the design and development of business solutions, such as new software applications, process workflows, or reporting systems, in line with identified requirements. 
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing efforts to validate and verify the functionality and accuracy of developed solutions. Help identify and resolve issues during testing phases.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirement specifications, process documentation, Stories, Grooming, test plans, and other relevant reports.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management, providing clear updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements. 

Business Analyst Tokyo Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Should have domain experience in the Airline/Aviation industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, eliciting requirements, and translating them into actionable insights and specifications for technology solutions and process improvements specifically within the airline cargo sector.
  • Deep understanding of Agile Scrum principles and prior experience in Agile teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Capability of interacting with team/customer proactively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

languages: Business Level Japanese and English
