Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to document as-is/to-be processes (production, quality, supply chain).
  • Elicit and analyze business requirements for IT/OT systems (ERP, MES, PLM, IoT).
  • Translate operational challenges into functional specs for IT teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions aligned with Lean/Six Sigma principles.

Project Execution & Stakeholder Management

  • Work with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, vendors) to implement solutions.
  • Support UAT, change management, and user training.
  • Monitor KPIs (OEE, cycle time, defect rate) to measure solution impact.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend automation/digitalization opportunities.
  • Stay updated on Industry 4.0 trends (AI/ML, digital twin, predictive maintenance).

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years as a BA in manufacturing (discrete/process industries).
  • Domain knowledge: production planning, quality, maintenance, supply chain.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle), MES, or PLM systems.
  • Strong process mapping skills (BPMN, Visio).
  • Analytical mindset with Lean/Six Sigma exposure.
  • Excellent communication & facilitation skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Certification: CBAP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of SCADA, IoT, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or data analysis tools.

Japanese Languages: Business japanese level (JLPT N2) and business level english required
