Description:

• Be innovative in the requirements gathering process and use techniques such as workshops, users, interviews, and other mechanisms to gather comprehensive user requirements.
• Use strong analytical skills to model system performance (theoretical or practical) and identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses that can be improved. Present findings to technical and non-technical teams for support and approval of the benefits of change/review
• Acquire sufficient knowledge of business processes and tools to contribute to solution integration with the business line.
• Build, analyze and model processes and requirements to ensure IT solution design meets business requirements
• Analyze requirements developed by the business line from a critical and constructive perspective
• Ensure up-to-date, rigorous and structured documentation of business line requirements and their approvals, taking into account potential parties involved and identifying dependencies
• Be an integral part of planning the proposed architecture of the new solution or the existing architecture of the legacy system and be able to justify its placement and identify issues to optimize business results
• Ensure feedback to the business line on the solution and negotiate or clarify as needed
• Ensure review of test plans and test cases and ensure that the testing approach is targeted to validate the implementation of business line requirements
• Ensure coordination and execution of user 'and user acceptance testing
• Ensure engagement with project management or product owners to allocate appropriate resources needed to achieve project expectations
• Organize cross-business meetings to determine cross-business priorities and highlight warnings and discrepancies to management as appropriate
• Support business line prioritization through cost-benefit analysis and strategy alignment
• Define comprehensive traceability between functional and system requirements

Insurance Business Analyst Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Insurance Industry and Personal Life Insurance
• Knowledge of group insurance products, sales channels, and processes such as application, assessment, and payment.
• Excellent business process design, Functional requirements design
• Test design skills, UAT
• Excellent written, verbal communication and Negotiation skills
• Excellent analysis and evaluation and problem-solving skills
• Japanese at native level in both writing and speaking

Japanese Language:Native level Japanese JLPT N or Business level English
