Position Name: Onsite Bilingual Hardware Engineer Tokyo Job

Responsibilities:

• Discuss with your team to gather hardware requirements.  
• We will verify the design on the actual device as necessary. 
• Elicit hardware requirements with support from existing onsite as well as offshore teams.  
• Understand and proactively provide suggestions on hardware design by Client's onsite and offshore teams.  
• We will discuss with you any required improvements and share your feedback with our onsite/offshore teams.  
• Participate in project planning and regularly monitor progress (schedule, risks, quality, etc.).  
• Deliver work product of expected quality on time.  
• Regular reporting to client management as well as Client's delivery management team. 

Onsite Bilingual Hardware Engineer Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Must have Embedded (Electronic Hardware/Software) design knowledge. 
• English language – Ability to communicate to on-site team 
• Must be able to work at on-site/client location 
• Experience: Min 5~8 Years  
• Keywords: Circuit design, Embedded hardware, PCB Layout, RTOS 

Japanese Language: Japanese N1 level required and business level english required

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience/knowledge of working with Zuken tools for electronic design (PCB design)  
• Experience/knowledge working with Zuken CR-8000 or equivalent software tools 
• Experience/knowledge of EMI/EMC/electrical testing/compliance testing  
• Experience/knowledge of FPGA (VHDL) design and debug using Intel Quartus or equivalent software 
• Experience/knowledge of FPGA simulation and verification using Siemens EDA Questa or equivalent software 
• Experience/knowledge in the medical field  
• English: Business level  
• Experience managing an offshore team from Japan  
• Experience working closely with customers to help grow their businesses.
