Job Description

• Improvement and implementatio of UX/UI design for apps and e-commerce sites, coordination and negotiation with operating companies, other departments, and vendors, prototype design production, formulation and maintenance of design guidelines, project promotion work (progress management, resource management, External resource management, etc.)
• Those who have skills in both front-end development and design and want to be involved in quality improvement by being involved in the upstream process of the product
• Those who want to be a bridge between users and development engineers
• Those who want to grow a single product over a medium- to long-term span

Qualifications: 

• Practical experience in production using UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc. (5 years or more preferred)
• Practical experience in mobile app and website production (5 years or more preferred)
• Practical experience in graphic design such as banners and advertising materials - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Ability to collaborate and communicate in a team
• Experience in user research and user testing, experience in building design systems, experience in project management , knowledge of front-end such as HTML and JavaScript, understanding of android/iOS regulations
• Practical experiencein running the PDCA cycle for UX improvement measures, measurement of effectiveness using Google Analytics, etc.
• Experience in micro-interaction design using After Effects, etc.
