Annual salary: 10 million and above

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical direction and guidance for development projects
• Oversee technical project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
• Work closely with other departments, such as product management, customer support, and marketing, to ensure all technical requirements are met
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure quality standards are met
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes and tools to enhance development capabilities
• Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs
• Develop and document technical processes and procedures

Job Qualification:

• 5+ years of experience in IT lead in business or consulting company
• 5+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership
• 3+ years of experiences in insurance or banking industry
• Experience in IT strategy and IT cost management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and techniques
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with working as part of a global team, Agile development, various development tools (VS Code, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, etc.)

Language Skills: English, Business level Japanese (JLPT N1)
