Responsibilities:

Associate level  

• Support for network equipment deployed in customer networks (routers, network switches, firewalls, VPNs, AAA, wireless access points, etc.) 
• troubleshooting 
• Environment settings 
• Device analysis and evaluation to check device performance 
• Documentation of procedures for configuration and troubleshooting 
• Customer support (written and conversational) 

Intermediate level  

In addition to associate-level duties, you will be responsible for the following:  

• Complex service activities, remote support, and optimization 
• Escalation resources for less experienced agents 

Expert level  

In addition to intermediate-level work, you will be responsible for the following:  

• As subject matter experts in the technical field, ensure End-to-End delivery, interoperability, and design 

Cisco Technical Support Engineer Ibaraki Job Qualifications:

Associate level  

• Network support or deployment experience (1-2 years) *No experience required as a new graduate 

Intermediate level  

• 3-5 years of network support or deployment experience 

 Expert level  

• Network support or deployment experience (5-8 years) 
• Expertise in at least two of the following technical areas: 

1. Security 
2. network switch 
3. routing 
4. wireless network 

Language Requirements: Business-level Japanese with Business English conversation.
