Job Description

Annual Salary : 5 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be involved in the entire process of planning, designing, constructing, and operating servers (on-premise cloud)/network/security systems that make up the infrastructure.
• Routine/atypical system configuration change work
• Design and construction of network infrastructure for system introduction and replacement projects
• Response to inquiries such as fault response, version upgrades, communication failures, etc.
• Coordination with IT personnel in the customer's domestic and overseas offices
• Verification and proposal of improvements/efficiency and addition of functions based on tips and knowledge obtained through consultation and operation from customers

Job Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of networking (CCNA level)
• Basic knowledge of servers (LPIC2)
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Positive attitude of learning/acquiring on your own even in unknown areas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing, constructing, and operating enterprise networks and servers
• Japanese proficiency (logical thinking, talking, and sentence composition skills)

Languages :

• Japanese: Business level or higher (equivalent to JLPT N1/N2)
• English: Reading and writing required; business-level speaking ability preferred
