Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced IT professional to lead and manage our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in large-scale deployments, system migrations, and team management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Oversee network infrastructure (HP/Cisco switches, Infoblox)
  • Support IP PBX and voice systems
  • Manage data center operations and VMware environment
  • Ensure security, antivirus (Symantec), and SOX compliance
  • Handle IT helpdesk and end-user support
  • Lead IT projects (deployments/migrations)
  • Create IT policies and manage team (including offshore)

Job Qualification:

  • Microsoft technologies, Active Directory
  • VMware, HP/Dell servers
  • Network management and troubleshooting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Japanese preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on global IT projects
  • Experience managing offshore teams

 

Japanese skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English.
