Job Description

• Lead and support end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives for which they are responsible, including planning, governance, risk/issue management, deliverables, resources, stakeholder coordination, and budget management, ensuring their execution within approved timelines.
• Provide project delivery support as a PM&I Group amid an increase in complex and large-scale programs such as company-wide strategies, business process reforms, AI-related measures, and DX-related measures.
• Facilitate program increment planning according to the initiative in charge to support the introduction and retention of agile working styles for departments with limited experience in agile project implementation.

Job Qualification:

• At least 3 years of project experience, including agile projects
• 5~10 years of work experience or more
• Coordination between stakeholders or project members with conflicting interests
• Language skills; Possess speaking and listening skills and be able to produce reporting materials for stakeholders.
• If possible, be able to discuss in both English and Japanese meetings without an interpreter, or lead/facilitate as the MC of the meeting.
• Good communication skills
• University degree or equivalent or higher
• PMP, Prince2, Agile-related qualifications, etc.
• Experience in system development and management
• Progress, risk, and issue management using tools (Target Process, MS365 (including CoPilot), PowerBI, etc.)
• Experience working in the finance/insurance industry
• Experience working in a multinational team
• BA/Requirements Definition Skills/Experience

Language Proficiency: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business Level English.
