Job Description

• Lead Customer-Facing Software Projects – Work directly with Japanese customers to define requirements, manage project delivery, and ensure successful outcomes.

Annaul Salary: 10 Million yen and Above 

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the customer in Japan to understand high-level business requirements and project expectations.
• Analyse, clarify, and document customer requirements in detail.
• Create mock-up screens, requirement specifications, and functional specifications based on customer inputs.
• Review and finalize requirements through discussions with the customer.
• Explain finalized requirements clearly to the offshore development team.
• Act as the bridge between the customer and the development team for requirement clarification and communication.
• Prepare and manage the project schedule, milestones, and delivery plan.
• Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely completion of planned activities.
• Review development deliverables to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Support code review activities and ensure development quality.
• Perform functional verification of the product delivered by the development team.
• Ensure that final deliverables meet customer expectations and quality standards.
• Report project status, risks, issues, and progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Demonstrate strong self-initiative, decision-making ability, and a proactive go-getter attitude.

Job Qualification:

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud environments and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in handling Viewer Applications built on Linux, Apache, PHP (Laravel), PostgreSQL, Python, and JavaScript.
• Strong technical background in Fault Finder Applications utilizing Azure Functions, Azure Automation, Azure App Service, and C# .NET.
• Experience in image processing applications is preferred.
• Experience in work with offshore teams.
• Positive attitude and willingness to explore unfamiliar software implementations and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in a distributed, collaborative, global environment across time zones.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and responsible.
