Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Construction and operation of communication infrastructure such as M365 Introduction and operation of M365 services Consideration and implementation of necessary measures on the tenant side in response to M365 updates and specification changes Proposing and implementing improvements to customers using M365 Experience in migrating from other communication infrastructures such as Google Work Spece Experience in implementing and operating authentication systems using EntraID, Intune, etc.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in implementing or operating M365
• Experience in implementing and operating in multiple domains (Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, PowerApps, etc.)
• Experience in building and creating operation materials (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) 
• Communication skills ( Coordination with vendors and customers via email, phone, etc.)
• Ability to achieve higher levels of performance by mentoring, mentoring, and inspiring lower-level team members. 
• Specifically required for L3 solution support, DD (due diligence), migration, participation in customer discussions, technical troubleshooting support, technical review of projects, participation in partnership connects, Specialized support, project activities, ability development, etc.
