Job Description:

• We are looking for L2/L3 Support Engineers to support Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash) environments. The role focuses on production support, troubleshooting, and ensuring SLA-driven operations. Prior Elastic experience is a plus but not necessary; training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Elastic Stack environments
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Collaborate with global teams and communicate with stakeholders in Japanese and English
• Maintain SLA compliance and documentation

Job Qualification:

• Strong experience in L2/L3 production support
• Understanding of SLA, incident, and problem management
• Proficiency in Japanese (business level) and English
• Linux system administration
• Basic cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Troubleshooting mindset

Preferred  Skills

• Exposure to Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash)
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Scripting (Python / Shell)
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals

Good to Have:

• Experience in DevOps / SRE environments
• Exposure to data pipelines / streaming (Kafka etc.)

Langauge Skills: Fluent Level Japanese(JLPT N1) and Business Level English
