Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Program-Level Leadership Across Multiple Sites Oversee multiple site project managers in large-scale SAP rollout programs, ensuring alignment to scope, quality, cost, and schedule (QCD).
• Drive Governance and Standardization at Scale Establish robust governance, reporting, and escalation frameworks while promoting consistency and best practices across all site implementations.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration in a Global Environment Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery across sites.

Annual salary : 8 Million yen and above

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise Site Project Managers across all assigned sites
• Establish and manage governance, reporting, and escalation structures
• Ensure alignment to scope, quality, schedule, and budget (QCD)
• Promote horizontal collaboration and standardization across sites
• Identify cross-site risks, issues, and dependencies, drive resolution
• Coordinate with stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and vendors
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to agreed project plans
• Provide regular status updates and consolidated reporting to project leadership

Job Qualifications:

• Strong overall project/program management experience
• Experience managing multiple parallel site or factory implementations
• Solid understanding of SAP-based enterprise rollouts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Japanese language proficiency (business level; able to communicate without issues)
• High level of self-motivation and ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs
• Manufacturing, sales, purchasing, finance, or quality system implementation experience
• Prior experience acting as a Program PM or overall governance lead
