Job Description

Position Name: Project Manager / SCRUM Master

Annual Salary : 7 Million and Above

Responsibilities:

• Empower and guide team members through effective leadership and collaboration, driving them towards project success.
• Nurture and coach the agile team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance.
• Deliver concise and transparent status reports, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed of project progress.
• Facilitate and organize essential Agile Scrum practices such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, scoping, and retrospectives, promoting efficient and effective teamwork.
• Monitor and proactively communicate team velocity and activities throughout the sprint process, regularly sharing productivity and throughput metrics.
• Effectively manage technical schedules for each sprint, coordinating with UX engineers, QA analysts, developers, technical architects, and the Product Owner to drive continuous product enhancements and releases.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and enforce best practices, ensuring adherence to team standards for process execution and work quality.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience as a Project Manager or SCRUM Master.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of software development.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in Japanese and English.
• Strong presentation skills.
