Job Qualification:

• Work experience at a consulting firm, SIer, or financial company (5 years or more / 3 years or more for senior consultants) 
• Financial industry work experience
• System-related project experience (development/PMO/1 year or more)
• Experience in creating reports for management
• Experience in project management and launch of 3 or more projects (excluding senior consultants)
• English business communication skills (speaking, reading and writing)

Desirable skills and experience

• Experience as a PM, PMO, or team leader for large-scale projects (over 50 people)
• Experience in system development projects from requirements definition to testing and migration release
• Experience in facilitating meetings and running workshops in English
• Experience in banking or banking projects is preferred

Language Requirements: Business level Japanese (N2) & Business English conversation skill.
