Annual Salary : 8 million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting project managers in 3DEXPERIENCE platform implementation projects
• Cross-sectional coordination and communication with multiple teams, including the design department, analysis department, IT department, and vendors
• Meeting preparation, agenda creation, and minutes creation and distribution
• Organizing project progress and issues, updating task management tables
• Document management using SharePoint and Teams
• Support for creating report materials (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Support for the management of educational and review meetings

Job Qualification:

• Project coordination or PMO experience
• Basic project management skills such as meeting preparation, taking minutes, and progress management
• Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) operation skills
• Rather than waiting for instructions, they are proactive in identifying issues and proposing improvements.
• No hesitation in coordinating with technical departments and engineers
• Those who can proactively adapt to new DX tools and new business operations
• Coordination and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Project experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE and similar PLM systems
• Experience participating in DX promotion and IT system implementation projects
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Language Proficiency: Native level Japanese(N)  and Business-level English
