You will have end-to-end responsibility for legacy system modernization and cloud application development projects for central government agencies.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan strategy and prepare proposals for clients.
• Migrate legacy core systems operated on-premises to AWS, Azure, etc.
• Modernize outdated systems and processes with the latest technologies to improve flexibility and efficiency.
• Redesign business processes and rebuild applications.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for legacy system modernization and cloud application development projects.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as project leader or higher in system development for public institutions.
• Basic knowledge of government procurement.

Language Requirements: Native level Japanese
